A large digital network international forum dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the creation of the European Quality Model for Public Administration – CAF was held on the 17 February 2021. It was organized by the Austrian CAF Resource Center, Austrian Federal Ministry of “Arts, Culture, Civil Service and Sport” in partnership with BACID.eu, ReSPA and other organizations. The forum was focused on the role of the CAF instrument for public administration reforms and on the prospects for its further development. A new book "Transforming Public Administration with CAF" was also presented.

A total of nearly 600 people from 50 countries took part in the forum, including about 30 Bulgarian participants – representatives of the National CAF Resource Centre/IPA, Bulgarian trainers and consultants in CAF and representatives of the Bulgarian institutions applying the model. The National CAF Resource Centre has presented the Bulgarian experience in the work on CAF in a special booth through a power point presentation available to all participants of the event.
