The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) as a key partner organized in October 2021 two international events in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the framework of the "Synergia" Project:

In the period of 6-8 October 2021 IPA conducted in Sofia the second training module of the 2nd edition of the international program for officials under the “Synergia” project. More than 40 civil servants from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary took part in the three-day sessions in Sofia Hotel Balkan. The event was officially opened by Mr. Pavel Ivanov, Executive Director of IPA. The training process was led by International and Bulgarian highest level lecturers from prestigious institutions and universities. For the first time since the creation of the project, a training module of the program is organized by a partner organization (IPA) in another country outside Poland.

On 11-12 October 2021 the Institute organized another important event under the project - a special meeting for the participants of the 1st edition of the program from 2020. The meeting was held in Boyana Residence on 11 October 2021 with the participation of 25 officials from Poland, Bulgaria and Latvia. The directors of the public administration institutions/schools from the mentioned countries took part in the official opening of the meeting. On 12 October 2021 the international group of civil servants visited the Council of Ministers and received information for the new trends in the development of the Bulgarian public administration.
